Saberkas ON FIRE!!!!!!!!! (not) (got picture!)

Upon further analysis, I have found that this one of the "event" of the year where the 20(21) years old building is doing year-by-year (not) - A fire drill.
Well, Interest rate is up again by a Holly COW!!! 3%!!! Does this mean that my housing loan will go up?
