Hearing some scorning and comments from some people I knew recently, having tried to contact her in the past week but to no avail, I have decided to post this entry this morning.
These are from the people who knew Jessie as long as I did.
Ruth Thian – "Torture yourself by destroying the temple of God."
Dr. Then – "He knew that this will cost him his Salvation."
My old man – "Somethings that he has done cannot be condoned by the church."
My old lady – "What he has done is sin."
Jonathan Lee (though not as long as the rest) – "He has lost his directions."
Jonathan Chung (vide a lady friend of Jessie Chung) – "He deserved it"
I think the upmost priority now is for her to come clean on her “qualifications” as eloquently debated by qbuster on his blog. To tinkle with one’s own body/sexuality is one thing, to misrepresent and deceive people for monetary gains via her “medical practice” amidst the shameless media frenzy of recent months is downright unacceptable (assuming her qualifications are not genuine that is).
I absolutely agree with you, David. Her own body is personal and private, but her medical practice is an invasion of someone else’s body. I share the same concern.
We have determined that one of her degrees (M.Sc. in Nutrition from Lafayette University) is not bona fide. Although not exactly related to her medical practice, I will be posting about her M.Sc. in psychology from Hawaii University of Health Science in the new year (M.Sc. is insufficient to qualified as a borad certified psychologist in North America, an accredited Ph.D. is required).
I have also posted about her Doctorate from St. Andrew’s College, and her professorship at East West University of Holistic Health Sciences; and have asked for addresses of both universities – initially here over a month ago, then on by blog and most recently through her good friend Pierce. No news yet, despite two high profile “letters” from herself and her friend Dr. Rebecca Tiew.
As well, in the new year, I will be working through her bachelor’s degrees, and then her minor credentials (diplomas and certificates). I have official information from ICS/Thomson and ITEC, and still sorting out info of the other places.
Typo:
(M.Sc. is insufficient to be a board qualified psychologist in North America, an accredited Ph.D. is required).
SUCCESS in the “Prof. Dr.” Jessie Chung’s case – PART 1
It looks like all the dubious and false credentials on “Prof. Dr.” Jessie Chung’s two websites are now clearly removed.
http://www.jessiechung.com/profile.htm
http://naturalhealthfarm.com/ (Someone please verify in Chinese).
She has stopped calling herself “Prof.” after my blog (http://qbuster.blogspot.com/) appeared and is no longer calling herself “Dr.” but only just as Jessie Chung, her CV with all the fake credentials removed, and the entire testimonies page on cures is gone. I hope the local newsmedia has something to do with this. Any reports from the local media lately?
Next step, Jessie, is to issue a public apology.
