Following up on case 4457321, A new case was logged with number 4673227.
1. Request report from supervisor as to why a call is not been followed up after 2 weeks and leaving customer in the dark. Subject to this matter, case should be forwarded to ceo of tm net and regional manager subject to problem solving methodology and approach. Case should not be closed without the consent of the customer and consent should not be faked or ill-mentioned to fool the customer in thinking that follow up will continue yet was left inthe dark.
