Decided to request meeting with TM on the issues

Call 1 from TM regarding slow connection filed on 28 June, was told that there will be an
upgrade on 3 Jul for DSLAM A0001 in Kuching (the 1 I'm conncted to)
Email to Abdul Rahman Taha requesting meeting to discuss.
Call 2 from Itti confirmed that they are going to change port as per request. Will
investigate and forward to KL
Call 3 from Dayang on meeting and check to try to get all the numbers I have in hand to
fix problem one by one.
Call 4 from Dayang to inform change of DSLAM from A0001 to unknown DSLAM

caller from tm states that he took this case today & some1 else were handling this case bef.
1. 28 June case in some1 else hand
2. 6 June case to close
New DSLAM Performance is like Roller Coasters with ping reply as high as 2.3 Seconds,
Stability of the DSLAM is questioned.
