  1. Pour 1.5 cup into a french press
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of sweetener (sugar Syrup or caremal sauce)
  3. Add Flavouring if necessary
  4. Churn the french press for 60 times.
  5. Pour into a container for freezer
  6. Put it in the freezer for 2 hours.
  7. Eat!
